Personal Collection in the Home of Denise and John Mara

Denise and John Mara, the owners of the New York Giants football team, have collected and displayed a large collection of custom Kristen Tirney Art in their home over the past few years. Kristen is so grateful to have such amazing and kind long-time supporters.

The Mara’s collection of Kristen’s art began with a blue and white abstract piece for their fireplace mantle. Kristen hand-placed flecks of gold leaf throughout, setting it apart from the rest of the room, and pairing it with the gold frame and sconces flanking the piece.

Their second painting compliments the mantle painting but emulates more of Kristen’s abstract seascape style - a calming piece for their master bedroom.

Months later, Denise Mara saw an abstract piece posted on Kristen’s Instagram and purchased it, as it matched perfectly with her blue and white kitchen.

Most recently, Kristen delivered a pair of floating petals to display in their sho-stopping dining room. The paintings seamlessly blend with the room’s traditional features and the original hand-painted carved ceiling.

The Mara children are also supporters of Kristen Tirney Art, with multiple commissioned works in their homes. Kristen created an original, abstract style piece, for their formal living room. She color-matched the painting to the striking blues of the furnishings and built a custom canvas to fit within the architectural molding.

The Mara’s daughters all have Kristen’s pieces as well. Kristen’s work was featured on Chrissy’s popular blog, “In My Closet”. Kristen is honored that the Mara family continues to enjoy her many different styles of work.
